€10,000 reward on offer in hunt for serial attacker

A SECOND reward of €10,000 is being offered by Crimestoppers in connection with a serial sex attacker in Co Cavan and Co Carlow.

The suspect is believed responsible for up to 15 assaults on women over the past two years.

According to a Garda spokesman, the case “is still under investigation”.
