Gardaí appeal to public for help to find missing man

A Garda spokesman said yesterday that they were concerned about Colin Turner of Priest’s Avenue, Ringaskiddy, because he didn’t appear to have used any bank machines or any other means of getting money recently.

He left his home on February 14 and has not returned, although it is believed he may have been staying in Dublin city centre.

Mr Turner’s family are concerned that he hasn’t been home and hasn’t been in contact in recent weeks.

The missing man is 5ft 10in tall and of strong build.

Mr Turner is normally clean shaven, has dark brown hair, usually tied up in a ponytail, and blue eyes.

“Colin generally wears dark clothing such as a black leather jacket, black jeans, black T-shirt and a baseball cap,” the Garda spokesman said.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Togher Garda station at (021) 4947120, Carrigaline Garda Station, (021) 4919370, or the Garda confidential line on 1800 666 111.
