Parents get tasty guide for children

CHICKEN nuggets and chips on a plastic plate are often the only option for kids in restaurants and hotels but a new guide should make it easier for parents to choose venues with child-friendly, nutritious menus.

The booklet features information on child-friendly hotels and restaurants, as well as a range of fun activities and summer camps taking place around Ireland this summer.

TV presenter Lorraine Keane, a mum-of-two, was on hand yesterday to officially launch the SMA Choices booklet.
