State considers outlawing extra ticket costs

SPORTS and music fans hit by hidden ticket charges are being given an opportunity to vent their frustration, it was announced yesterday.

The Government yesterday announced it was examining outlawing the sudden adding-on of prices on ticket costs.

Ticket sellers for events are obliged to separately state additional charges for events like concerts or plays.
