Kenny unprepared, unconvincing and unable to give answers

HOW could Fine Gael leader Enda Kenny have been so ill-prepared during this week’s debate for questions on one of his key commitments?

Mr Kenny has promised to introduce free GP visits for all children under five if his party is returned to government. It is one of 14 key commitments which he says he will implement in full or not seek re-election as Taoiseach.
