Poll figures boost FG confidence

FINE Gael confidence is surging following the latest opinion poll results, with front bench figures happy to tempt fate and predict how many seats the party could win.

According to the poll published yesterday, Fianna Fáil is down three points to 35% while Fine Gael is up three to 26%.

The latter’s jubilation was enhanced by the fact that the poll was carried out by Millward Brown-IMS.
