Man seeks money taken off him by gardaí

A MAN arrested last Thursday in relation to a double murder is due to go to court today to seek the recovery of money taken off him by gardaí.

The individual is one of two men who were picked up by detectives investigating the gangland murder of crime boss Martin ‘Marlo’ Hyland and innocent bystander Anthony Campbell.

Both men were shot dead at the home of Hyland’s niece in Scribblestown Park, Finglas, north Dublin, last December.
