At least 62 men visited brothel daily

WITH a turnover of €4 million, at least 62 men on a daily basis visited the Dublin brothel whose manager was jailed on Wednesday.

That means that the 16 prostitutes working at the rented apartment accommodated nearly 23,000 men per year while the brothel was in business.

Detectives were able to work out from the meticulous records kept by the operators, that in the four working shifts just before they raided the brothel in Bachelors Walk, Dublin, on October 10, 2005, the enterprise had generated €22,000 in ‘business’.
