Clonkeen clinches quiz victory

THE last of the Dublin sessions of the Thomas Crosbie Holdings All Ireland Schools Quiz took place in the Montrose Hotel last night.

In the first session there was a gripping contest between Maynooth Post Primary School and Clonkeen College, Blackrock, the latter winning by two points.

Rockbrook Park had a convincing win, while Hartstown Community School, who had a bye, joined those two to contest the second round.
