Labour Party ‘think-in’ targets MacDowell

LABOUR will turn its fire on new PD leader Michael McDowell at the party’s two-day “think-in” which begins today in Cork.

The Tánaiste and Justice Minister will face a barrage of attacks as Labour targets garda reform at the parliamentary gathering.

Leader Pat Rabbitte will also move to counter Mr McDowell’s claim that Labour and Fine Gael in Government would amount to a “slump coalition”.
