Gender bender entries make run fun

SOME wore pink cowboy hats, some dressed as fairies, some had feather boas and others had glitter devil’s horns.

Anyone who arrived in Dublin’s City centre yesterday must have thought it was one giant hen party.

But for the 40,494 (mostly) women who ran, walked or crawled the Flora Mini Marathon in Dublin city there were many reasons to celebrate.
