We’re not going to Birr, say FÁS workers

FÁS WORKERS are adamant they will not leave Dublin under any circumstances.

Employees of the State jobs and training agency told Joe Duffy on RTÉ Radio One’s Liveline show of their anger over Government plans to move their jobs to Birr in Co Offaly.

One worker, Ruth, has been a civil servant for 25 years and said she would not leave Dublin.
