New words are just chavtastic

CHAVS, Asbos and property porn are all features of modern living which make it into the latest edition of the Collins English Dictionary, published yesterday.

The 1,500 new words show the latest trends in language and culture.

The ubiquitous “chav” is defined as “a young working-class person who dresses in casual sports clothes (perhaps from Romany chavi - a child)”.
