Owners of petrol-guzzling cars should be penalised, says FG
The party yesterday unveiled a green energy plan which, it says, would put Ireland on the road towards generating 33% of its electricity needs from renewable resources by 2025.
The plan, which Fine Gael says would cost approximately €488 million over the first four years, envisages a series of coordinated actions across four Government departments - Environment, Transport, Natural Resources and Agriculture.
