Gardaí to file on sex case against teacher

GARDAÍ are preparing a file for the Director of Public Prosecutions following an alleged sexual assault by a teacher on a 13-year-old boy.

The alleged assault is said to have happened at a swimming pool in Cork last December and an investigation was launched when the boy told his parents and they informed the gardaí.

It is understood that neither the teacher nor the boy are from Cork.
