Over €1m counterfeit sports clothing seized

GARDAÍ seized more than €1 million worth of counterfeit sports clothing following five raids in Cork and Kerry.

The haul included fake Nike, Addidas, Fila and Reebok sports gear.

Detectives seized 1m worth of counterfeit goods from stalls, a business premises and vans in Cornmarket Street and Kyle Street in Cork city centre on Saturday morning.
