IRELAND'S top party person of 2002 last night admitted to feeling slightly confused and undeserving of the accolade which acknowledges her as the country’s most die-hard night owl.

Dr Robin O’Reilly, wife of businessman Gavin, suggested last night she didn’t merit the award from Social & Personal magazine, which was bestowed at a glittering ceremony in Dublin’s Shelbourne Hotel.

“I’m just back from New York with our three children and I’m shocked at the news. I don’t deserve the number one spot,” said the blonde beauty.
