FF support down in East counties

FIANNA FÁIL is set to slip fractionally in the local elections in the East constituency counties.

The party will garner approximately 37% of the vote, according to an Irish Examiner/Prime Time poll.

This compares with 37.4% of the first-preference vote in 1999.
