Who will judge the unaccountable judges?

UNELECTED, unaccountable and almost completely untouchable.

It's one of the less charitable views about members of the Irish judiciary a select group of citizens normally held in high esteem by the majority of people.

However, the statement carries a large element of truth, as once again a member of the judiciary finds himself in the dock.
