ALMOST 80 people are hot-footing it in the West to raise funds for the charity Enable Ireland.

Walking on blazing embers at 1,236 degrees fahrenheit, hot enough to melt aluminum, 38 fundraising fire dancers walked on fire yesterday in Galway, to wild applause.

Almost another 40 will feel the heat in Tralee tonight.
