Boy in hospital after falling out of school bus

A SEVEN-YEAR-OLD boy was in intensive care yesterday after falling out of the rear emergency door of a school bus.

The child had been travelling on the Bus Éireann school bus to Corrigeenroe National School in Sligo.

He fell out of the emergency door a few hundred yards after he had been picked up outside his home in Ballinafad at 9.15am on Monday.
