Loan increase announced

IMPROVEMENTS on the loan limits for affordable housing and shared ownership were announced by Housing Minister Noel Ahern yesterday.

The maximum loans local authorities can now give have been increased from €130,000 to €165,000.

The income eligibility thresholds have also been increased.
