McCabe widow helped

ANNE MCCABE, widow of Detective Garda Jerry McCabe, said last night she has been overwhelmed by public support she has received since news broke about a possible early release of her husband’s killers.

“I have spent hours every day taking phone calls from all over the country. I have also received a huge amount of lovely letters. People on the street in Limerick have also been marvellous,” she said.
