NO cherry-picking can be allowed in the actions required to fully implement the Good Friday Agreement, the Taoiseach said yesterday.

Acts of completion are needed in respect of all aspects of the Agreement, Mr Ahern said.

"The Agreement is a totality and all parties have a collective responsibility to implement it," he said.
