TWO teenagers were among four people who lost their lives in weekend road accidents.

The latest deaths bring the number of people killed on Irish roads since the beginning of the year to 31.

Three of the fatal accidents happened in Cork in just over 24 hours, the first happened on Friday evening when an elderly man was knocked down by a car in Kinsale.
