Irish fans Russian to get their visas to the big game

IRISH soccer followers are set to turn the Red Square green when 4,000 fans descend on Moscow for Saturday’s crucial Euro qualifier with Russia.

But a senior official said none of the many fans she talked with asked any questions about either the attractions or the possible pitfalls of travelling to the famous Russian city.

They didn’t even ask the locations of the Irish bars, revealed counsellor Olga Malinovskaya.
