Murdered man had long list of criminal activities
He had clocked up a long list of criminal convictions, mainly violent, before he was gunned down just yards from his girlfriend’s flat in Dublin’s north city.
In July 1996, aged 18, he, along with two other friends, set fire to a secondary school, causing £240,000 worth of damage. In April 2002, he was charged with assault causing harm and possession of a firearm in relation to an incident in October 1998.
