CAB to pounce on alleged carousel fraudsters

A NUMBER of leading businessmen in the south of the country will be arrested in the coming days as part of a major investigation into money laundering.

This follows a Criminal Assets Bureau probe into a suspected multi-million euro VAT fraud.

CAB is expected to go to the High Court in the coming weeks, following an investigation into the funding of a proposed tourism project on the southern coastline.
