Assault victims fighting for lives

SEPARATE violent incidents this weekend have left two young men seriously ill in hospital.

Both men were found badly injured on Saturday morning, one in a Co Donegal town, the other in Dublin’s south city.

The young men appeared to have been victims of vicious assaults.
