OPW begins national office space search

THE Office of Public Works (OPW) yesterday began the search for new State offices in 52 towns across the country.

The OPW needs 180,000 square metres of office space in 25 counties following the Government decision to move parts of the civil service outside Dublin.

More than 10,000 workers, including 2,500 semi-State employees, will be moved.
