Berry loses ‘felon setter’ case against Irish Times

Thirteen of those people were charged "with besetting the residence and with using insulting words and behaviour".

The Irish Press published a photograph of one protester carrying a placard describing Mr Berry as an "informer". The gardaí were so worried about an attack on Mr Berry that they put his home under protection.
