Irish young people don’t like dope

THE Irish are the biggest users in the EU of illicit drugs other than cannabis, according to an EU survey.

The report also found young adults here have the easiest access to drugs and are least likely to seek professional help.

Almost one in every 20 teenagers questioned said they had used drugs other than cannabis in the past month. That’s the highest level in the EU.
