TWO issues which have little to do with Europe surprisingly topped the list of voter concerns for June’s European elections.

According to the Irish Examiner/Prime Time poll conducted by Lansdowne Market Research, the issues of most concern to voters were the cost of living and the state of the health service.

Both were cited by 22% of voters in the South European election constituency as being the most important election issues.
