Border alarm in Louth

SINN Féin TD Arthur Morgan said he was “seriously alarmed” at an incursion by the British Army and the Police Service of Northern Ireland into north County Louth yesterday morning.

A helicopter was reported to have landed at Edentubber. Local people immediately told the British forces that they were on the wrong side of the border and they left around ten minutes later.
