Irish beauty tipped to win Miss World

MISS IRELAND, Rosanna Davidson, is the new favourite to beat off the pack of 106 lovelies vying for the coveted Miss World title in China’s southern Hainan province.

The 19-year-old daughter of singer Chris De Burgh jumped to the top of the rankings yesterday after she added the Swimsuit Competition to the Miss World Beach title she won last week and is currently 5-1 favourite with bookmakers Paddy Power.

Aside from 19-year-old Davidson, girls from China, India, Norway, Canada and Venezuela are also among those tipped to win the title.
