GRA joins storm of protest over McDowell

A SECOND garda association yesterday joined a storm of protest over allegations by the Minister for Justice that journalists were paying gardaí for information

Michael McDowell said An Garda Síochána was “seriously compromised” by leaking of information to the media.

The Garda Representative Association (GRA) rowed in with their colleagues in the Association of Garda Sergeants & Inspectors (AGSI) calling on the minister to substantiate his claims.
