Election boost for Fine Gael as party nets €1.3m in fundraising draw

The party sells tickets for the annual draw to members and non-members alike, offering a range of prizes, in return, from cash to cars and holidays.

Last year, the party sold 13,500 tickets at €80 apiece, raising just under €1.1 million in the process. This year, the party sold 16,200 tickets, bringing in around €1.3 million.
