A GRANDFATHER blockaded a bus after his six-year-old special needs grandson was barred from a school trip yesterday.

Pat Moorehouse joined his daughter Anne-Marie O’Sullivan in a protest at Glanworth National School in north Cork, after her son James was told he couldn’t go on an outing to a donkey sanctuary. As a result, the outing was cancelled.

The little boy suffers from Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), which can cause disruption.
