EASTER Sunday should be a day of joy for chocolate lovers, who are said to be happier than those who choose to avoid the temptation.

But the producers of the millions of Easter Eggs for the Irish market are also set to be smiling. More than €20 million will be spent on the chocolate treats by next weekend.
