Search continues for child sex abuser

Gardaí yesterday named fugitive paedophile James Lombard. Seán O'Riordan looks back at his trial.

THE trial of James Lombard heard evidence of how he sexually assaulted seven boys in the early 1990s at restaurants and swimming pools around Cork.

All of the boys were then aged between seven and 10 years old, and in all of the cases their parents were just a short distance away when the assaults took place.
