EIGHTY recommendations on how to tackle Ireland’s growing suicide problem which were given to the Government seven years ago have been ignored, the president of the Irish Association of Suicidology said yesterday.

Mr Neville was speaking as Junior Health Minister Tim O’Malley promised a radical new approach to tackle suicide.
