OPPONENTS of tolls at the new tunnel which will be built under the river Shannon near Limerick will set out their case at an oral hearing tomorrow in Limerick.

Four private consortia have tendered to build and operate the tunnel and adjacent roads network, expected to cost a total of €372 million to complete.
