Limerick pays heartfelt tribute to Katelyn

THE heartfelt note on the simple white card summed up the feelings of an entire city: “Miss you and love you always, Katelyn - From Paula and family.”

Four-year-old Katelyn Ryan died on Tuesday from horrific burns following an arson attack on the family home at the weekend.

Jackie and Robert Ryan, their five children and two neighbours’ children were asleep in the house around 7am on Sunday when their home was petrol bombed. Jackie and her one-year-old daughter Leah are still recovering in hospital.
