Ahern confident DUP will not use delaying tactics in process

THE Democratic Unionist Party will not use stalling or delaying tactics in the review of the Good Friday Agreement, Taoiseach Bertie Ahern said yesterday.

The review begins in Belfast this afternoon with talks involving Minister for Foreign Affairs Brian Cowen, Northern Secretary Paul Murphy and all the Assembly parties.

Yesterday the Taoiseach reiterated his wish that it be a short and focused review.
