O’Donoghue trial: Pathologist’s cross-examination

STATE Pathologist Dr Marie Cassidy was yesterday afternoon quizzed by Blaise O’Carroll SC, defending, on her evidence of the day before.

Mr O’Carroll said: All of your findings in relation to the post-mortem examination of the remains, externally and internally, would have been recorded by you on January 13 (the day after Robert’s body was found).

Dr Cassidy: Yes.
