PROMINENT social activist Sr Stanislaus Kennedy has pledged to use a €100,000 humanitarian award to further her work with immigrants and young people.

The money is part of the Humanitarian Award presented to Sr Stan during last night’s Meteor Ireland Music Awards at The Point in Dublin.

Sr Stan, founder and life president of Focus Ireland, was honoured for her work with homeless people in Ireland.
