Football fans face hitch getting hitched

ONE couple vowing not to be torn apart by football rivalry this weekend are Kerry woman Ailish Houlihan and Eanna Coleman from Mayo.

The pair will tie the knot in Causeway near Tralee this afternoon and both claim to be more excited about their nuptials than the All-Ireland showdown a little over 24 hours later.

Eanna has threatened to wait for her at the altar in his Mayo jersey rather than a morning suit, but Ailish has avoided the temptation of celebrating her big day in a green and gold outfit, opting instead for a traditional wedding dress.
