Environmental open day

AN environmental open day will be held at Johnstown Castle, Co Wexford, on Sunday from 12pm to 6 pm.

It is being organised by a joint committee from Teagasc, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Agriculture and Food and the Forestry Service.

The Teagasc organic farm, wetlands at Johnstown Castle, biodiversity, water quality and environmental issues in relation to REPS will be featured.
