Compact SUVs defy their simple labels

This week, we’re looking at two very different cars — they’re both compact SUVs but at very different ends of the food chain in that particular segment: The Volkswagen T-Roc and the BMW X2.

The X2 is certainly a premium compact (perhaps even a very premium compact), while the T-Roc is a not-so-premium compact but certainly not one of the bargain binners.
