New Volvo in January

Further details have reached us of the new Volvo XC40, which will be available here in Ireland from next January and a starting launch price of €47,450.

Volvo says from launch it will be available with the company’s D4 AWD automatic engine and further engines will follow in due course.

One intriguing aspect of the XC40 is the new Care by Volvo subscription scheme which will be available here towards the end of 2018. Volvo says it will reinvent the traditional model of car ownership with the new subscription service which will make having a car as “transparent, easy and hassle free as having a phone.”
